Abu Hamza's holidays

Hate preacher Abu Hamza has begun another expensive legal fight -this time to retain his British passport.
His appeal against a Home Office decision to remove his UK citizenship is expected to cost tens of thousands of pounds. (What a surprise)
This is in addition to the estimated £3.5million the fanatic has already cost the taxpayer, including £1.1million in legal aid.
Home Secretary Alan Johnson says Hamza, who has joint UK and Egyptian nationality, is unfit to keep his British passport. (Well spotted Minister!)
But 51-year-old Hamza claims this is unfair. (He would)
He is currently in a high security jail fighting attempts to extradite him to the U.S. on terror charges.
That case will come before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg later this year. (yawn)
His lawyer, Amanda Weston, told a preliminary hearing of the Special Immigration Appeals Commission that her client wanted the citizenship case heard while he was still in the UK and 'able to participate in proceedings'. (with her getting the legal aid payments)
James Strachan, for the Home Office, said the case should be put off until after the Strasbourg ruling.

Suggestions.

1.- Get a big pair of scissors and cut his passport into little bits and refuse to give him a new one .

2.- Repeal the Human Rights Act, or better still make it work for us instead of against us

3.- Make your vote count next time by getting rid of this politically correct crap.

  1. Bless him. Maybe he and Dizaei can end up sharing a cell?

    Wouldn't that be a giggle...

I haven't heard the Blakelock CAD tape, and I'm in two minds about it. One part of me would like to, as I think it's a good thing to have knowledge about. It's part of our past, and also apparently a good example of excellent PR Operating skills - I know that the IR operator got an award for it.

I've also thought it'd be good to play to probationers coming onto borough, as a bit of a wake up call...

  2. Incidentally, I'm updating my blog reading list. Would you like to be under "job blogs" or "non job blogs?"

Ping me a comment with your preference!
